What does FLYNCP help us manage?
FLYNCP connects campaign setup, receipt collection and validation, human review, winner workflows and reporting. The available workflow depends on how your campaign is configured.
Is FLYNCP designed for brands and agencies?
Yes. FLYNCP separates agency, client and campaign contexts so authorized teams can work across the campaigns they manage.
Do participants need a FLYNCP-hosted page?
You can use a hosted campaign page or integrate receipt intake into your own customer-facing experience through the public API. The integration needs to be configured for the campaign.
Which campaign mechanics are supported?
FLYNCP includes receipt-based workflows for prize draws and instant-win campaigns. The campaign rules, prizes and participation settings determine which workflow can be used.
Receipts, decisions & draws
How are receipts processed?
Receipt images pass through OCR and campaign-specific validation. The workflow uses the extracted information and configured rules to reach a decision or route the submission for human review.
What happens when a receipt needs human judgement?
Exceptions can enter a review workflow where an authorized operator checks the submission and records a decision. Automatic processing does not guarantee that every receipt has been interpreted correctly.
Which receipt files can participants upload?
The intake supports JPEG, PNG and WebP receipt images. File-size limits depend on the upload route. Unsupported files need to be converted to an accepted format before submission.
Can FLYNCP prevent every duplicate or fraudulent receipt?
FLYNCP includes receipt checks and review workflows to help identify suspicious submissions. No automated screening process guarantees that every duplicate, alteration or other fraud attempt will be detected.
What can someone verify about a prize draw?
Where a public verification package is available, the verifier can reproduce the draw against the published list. Eligibility checks rely on internal source records. Public verification does not replace the campaign rules or provide independent legal certification.
Does public verification expose the full audit trail?
The public package does not expose the internal source list with identities or the complete audit log. Some recorded references support a deeper review by an auditor who has access to those internal records.
Who sets the campaign rules and handles prize obligations?
The campaign needs its own rules and clearly assigned responsibilities for eligibility, prizes and participant communications. FLYNCP provides the software workflow; legal and operational responsibilities must be agreed for each campaign.
Privacy, access & getting started
Who is responsible for participants’ personal data?
The campaign’s privacy notice must identify the responsible organization and explain how participant data is used. FLYNCP’s role and any agency or service-provider roles must be established in separate campaign and data-processing arrangements before customer onboarding.
Does using FLYNCP automatically make a campaign GDPR-compliant?
No. The campaign still needs appropriate legal grounds, clear participant information, suitable retention rules and a process for handling rights requests. Compliance depends on the campaign and how it is operated.
How is access to campaign data controlled?
FLYNCP uses account permissions and tenant-scoped access controls to restrict campaign access. The roles assigned to your users should match their responsibilities.
Are external services used to process receipts?
The receipt-processing workflow can use external OCR/AI service providers. The providers and processing arrangements applicable to your service need to be covered in the data-processing information agreed for your deployment.

How is pricing agreed?
Commercial terms are agreed separately with each client. Contact us to discuss the campaign scope and expected volume.
Can I change the website’s diagnostic preferences?
Yes. Open Privacy choices in the footer to accept or reject optional diagnostics. Withdrawing after diagnostics have started reloads the page; save unsaved form details in all open tabs first.
