2. Website and service scope

The website presents FlyNCP, a platform for businesses managing receipt-based promotional campaigns. Product descriptions and the FAQ provide general information for evaluating a potential project.

Browsing the website or sending a demo request does not purchase a service, create a customer account, enrol you in a campaign or conclude a commercial contract. These Website Terms are not a B2B service contract or a data-processing agreement (DPA).

The website is intended for businesses and professionals. No contracts are concluded through the website and no goods or services are sold online.

Commercial B2B services and processing on a customer’s behalf require separate commercial and data-processing agreements. Those documents will be finalized before customer contracting and onboarding. These Website Terms do not set service prices, service levels, platform licences or campaign-data arrangements.

Promotional campaigns have their own rules and privacy information. Consult the information provided for the relevant campaign for participation, prizes and participant requests.

3. Demo requests and correspondence

Use the contact form or email us to discuss FlyNCP and your business requirements. Provide accurate contact details and contact us on your own behalf or with authority to represent your organization.

The form requires your name, work email, company, estimated campaign volume and phone number so we can respond and discuss your enquiry. We use the phone number only to arrange and hold your demo call. Please do not send participant records, receipt images, passwords or other confidential third-party material through this form.

A request or acknowledgement does not confirm project acceptance, a price or a delivery date. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter. You can use hello@flyncp.com if you prefer email or cannot use the form.

4. Using the website

Use the website lawfully and respect other people’s rights. Do not submit fraudulent or abusive enquiries, send malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the website or its security controls.

The contact form uses automated-abuse protection and request limits. A blocked request does not create a commercial obligation; you can contact us by email for assistance.

5. Website content and intellectual property

Website text, design, software and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Rights belong to their respective holders. You may browse the website and share links to its public pages. Commercial reproduction or redistribution of protected website content requires permission from the relevant rights holder, unless an exception under applicable law applies.

Nothing on this page transfers ownership of material you send us, grants a licence to the FlyNCP platform or restricts statutory rights. Product information is not legal advice or a certification that a particular campaign complies with the law.

6. Privacy and cookies

Our Privacy Policy explains personal-data processing for website visits and enquiries. Our Cookie Policy explains browser technologies and optional diagnostics. Reading these terms or sending a request is not consent to optional diagnostics, analytics or advertising measurement; you control those choices through the privacy banner and Privacy choices in the footer.

7. Availability and external links

Website content and functionality may change, and access may be interrupted for maintenance or technical reasons. Descriptions on the website do not establish an uptime guarantee or a commitment for a customer project.

Links to external websites provide further information. Their operators are responsible for their own content and services, and their own terms and privacy information apply.

8. Your legal rights

Nothing in these Website Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, removes mandatory rights or limits your data-protection rights. These terms do not establish a liability cap, an indemnity obligation or an exclusive choice of court.

These Website Terms are governed by Romanian law. This does not deprive you of any protection granted by mandatory provisions of the law applicable to you.

We may update these Website Terms as the website changes. The date above identifies the version displayed. Updating this page does not amend a separately agreed customer contract or DPA and does not provide consent for a new processing purpose.
