1. Technologies on this website

Cookies are small values stored by your browser. LocalStorage can retain information until it is removed; sessionStorage belongs to a browser tab session. A service can also read or receive technical information without placing a cookie.

Privacy choice — flyncp-marketing-consent

A first-party cookie records your choice for each optional category (diagnostics, analytics, advertising measurement) together with the consent-policy version (v2). It has no unique visitor ID. It is written when you save a choice and applies across these presentation pages. It is stored for six months, after which we ask you again. Optional services remain off until you accept again.

Requested appearance — flyncp-marketing-theme

A first-party cookie remembers the homepage theme when you choose light or dark. It lasts for up to 365 days. It is not written simply because you visit the homepage. Legal pages keep their light appearance.

Form protection — Cloudflare Turnstile

The contact form loads a Cloudflare script and security challenge to help detect automated abuse. Cloudflare receives technical signals such as IP address, browser information and challenge-related data. Pre-clearance is disabled for our Turnstile widget, so that feature does not issue a cf_clearance cookie. This does not mean that the challenge processes no browser information. This security check runs independently of your optional diagnostic choice. See Cloudflare’s Turnstile privacy information for its purposes and roles.

These presentation pages do not use localStorage or sessionStorage for optional diagnostics. The absence of a cookie does not mean that no technical data is processed.

2. Optional services

2.1 Diagnostics

If you accept optional browser diagnostics, Sentry can receive error details, session identifiers, page URLs, browser, operating-system and device information, timestamps, software versions and contextual records of clicks, navigation, console messages and requests. Its receiving service also sees the IP address used for the connection. Our project’s “Prevent Storing of IP Addresses” setting is enabled, so IP addresses are not stored for new events. Enabling this setting does not delete IP addresses from historical events; those records remain subject to the retention periods in our Privacy Policy. This helps investigate reliability issues. Sentry’s browser client is not initialized for these presentation pages until a valid acceptance is available.

Session Replay is disabled and this configuration does not send performance transactions. Diagnostic session reporting is different from Session Replay: it does not mean a recording of your screen. Error-data filters reduce personal information, but diagnostic data should not be treated as automatically anonymous.

Choosing Reject all keeps all optional services off. You can still read the website and request a demo. Contact-form security processing continues separately.

2.2 Analytics

If you accept analytics, we load Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Google Analytics records pages viewed, referring source, approximate country or region derived from your IP address (Google Analytics does not log or store IP addresses of EU users), device, browser and interactions such as opening the demo form, under a random identifier stored in the _ga cookies. We do not use Google Signals, User-ID, advertising personalisation or data from the contact form, and events contain no names, email addresses, phone numbers or company names. Google processes this data on our instructions under the Google Ads Data Processing Terms. Event-level data is retained for 14 months; aggregated reports contain no personal data.

2.3 Advertising measurement

If you accept advertising measurement and you reach the website from a Google ad, the Google Ads conversion tag records that the visit led to a demo request, using the _gcl_* cookies, the _gac_gb_* cookie set by Google Analytics when it is linked to Google Ads, and the click identifier. The consent signals sent to Google are ad_storage and ad_user_data = granted; ad_personalization is always denied, so no remarketing or personalised advertising is built from your visit. We do not use enhanced conversions and do not send form data. For this measurement Google Ireland Limited acts as an independent controller under the Google Ads Controller-Controller Data Protection Terms; see Google’s privacy policy and “How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services”. Data may be transferred to the United States under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses.

3. Change or withdraw your choice

Privacy choices lets you accept, reject or change each optional category. Rejecting or withdrawing Analytics deletes the first-party Google Analytics cookies we control (_ga and _ga_*); rejecting or withdrawing Advertising measurement deletes the first-party Google advertising cookies we control (_gcl_* and _gac_*). Withdrawing a category after its optional service has started reloads the current document and other open presentation tabs to remove the previous integrations; save unsaved form details in all open tabs first. Rejecting and accepting are available in the same control. Withdrawal does not undo processing that took place before it or automatically erase data already received by Google or Sentry; you can ask us to request erasure.

Your choice is stored for six months. Your choice is saved separately for each category. You may also remove the privacy-choice or theme cookie through your browser’s site-data settings. Removing the privacy choice returns all optional services to the default off state on the next page load and the presentation website deletes visible first-party Google measurement cookies whose categories are not accepted. Browser settings can block cookies, although this may prevent your choice from being saved. Conflicting copies of the privacy-choice cookie can also prevent saving; remove that cookie through your browser’s site-data settings and try again. A failed save pauses all optional services on the current document; it does not establish a saved choice for a later load.

Withdrawing stops future optional collection on these pages; it does not undo processing that took place before withdrawal or automatically erase data already received by a provider. Contact us about applicable data rights.

4. Application and campaign pages

If you are signed in to the platform, your browser may also send its existing session cookies to these pages. These pages do not use them to look up or renew your authentication session.

Signed-in application features use separate session and functional storage, including authentication, report drafts and campaign commands. This optional choice covers the presentation pages only. Sign-in and account-recovery pages, the application, participant privacy-request pages, campaign pages, public draw verification and other routes currently use separate browser diagnostics that this choice does not disable. Following a link to one of those pages can therefore start diagnostics even if you refused them here. Server-side security and error processing are also outside this browser preference. A promotional campaign has its own privacy information and responsible organization; consult that campaign’s notice before submitting personal data.

Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Ads are loaded only on these presentation pages and only after your consent.
